Auroch Digital and Wobbledogs

Wobbledogs, created by Tom Astle, is a 3D pet simulation sandbox where you raise your own personal hive of mutating dogs, physically simulated all the way down to their guts!

It’s a casual and chill sandbox experience for players of all ages who want to care for their very own virtual pets in a surprising, unique, and stress-free environment. The dogs start out relatively normal, but mutate and behave in surprising ways as the game progresses and their evolutionary lines advance.

Dogs have highly variable bodies controlled by a simulated genetics system. As they age, they periodically enter a pupal state and physically mutate. The foods they eat fill their guts with different flora, just like in the video above. These flora influence the dogs' mutations, letting you craft and mold them to fit your own idea of canine (im)perfection!

 Auroch Digital‘s Work-For-Hire on Wobbledogs

At Auroch Digital, we don’t just make great games, we also do Work-For-Hire projects using our team of experts and our decades worth of experience.

Auroch Digital worked with The Polygon Loft in bringing Wobbledogs from PC to console. We developed the console version of Wobbledogs on Xbox One, PS4 and the Nintendo Switch. The PC and console editions of Wobbledogs are published by Secret Mode.

The team at Auroch Digital was wonderful to work with. They made handing off the project easy, were receptive to feedback, and did an excellent job adapting the game’s design, controls, and technical needs for console.
